Try not to give your gifts away to people who don't deserve them. In the past, people have taken advantage of your work ethic, letting you assume the lion's share of responsibility. It's time to stop this trend. You have just as much of a right to leisure time as anyone else. If somebody asks you to cover their shift, refuse. You don't need to justify your decision. Sometimes it's more important to protect your interests than maintain your popularity.
